Ever feel like you eat too much meat? I reckon we all do and we need to eat more vegetarian fayre. I tried to think about how to make a well flavoured burger out of some of my favourite ingredients and this is what I came up with,
Chickpeas are one of my all time favourite ingredients and thankfully they are very healthy. I am making a conscious effort to eat more spinach for its nutritious qualities but I have to sneak it into recipes as on its own it can be quite dull. These 2 ingredients were my starting point and the rest was improvised.
