I always love finding ways of using up leftovers that are just a bit different.
I had some chicken curry in the freezer and was looking for a way to serve it. I decided to roast a red pepper in the oven and filled the halves with the heated curry. It actually was a winning combination. This would work well with other fillings such as leftover bolognese or chilli etc
