Day 7 of the Dukan plan and I am still in the attack phase. I probably should move onto phase 2 but I want to get as much out of this phase as possible having lost a few pounds already. 

For breakfast I had smoked salmon, cottage cheese with chives and oatbran galettes. 

I loaded up the galettes with the cottage cheese, topped with smoked salmon and squeezed lemon juice over then added ground black pepper
