Another Dukan diet delight! For dinner I cut chicken fillets into strips and marinated in a Thai spice infused yoghurt mix. I added chilli, coriander, ginger and lemongrass. After marinating, I baked in the oven, making sure to pour off the excess juices half way through.
I served the chicken with fatfree natural yoghurt with chopped up gherkins which gave extra texture and taste
