Day 5 of the Dukan plan and I am feeling remarkably well. I slept like a baby last night which is very unlike me so I feel very refreshed. For breakfast today I had smoked salmon, cottage cheese and oatbran galettes. To add a bit of variety, I added a pinch of chilli and cumin to the oatbran galettes
