These little dukan oatbran pancakes have become my new staple breakfast item of choice. They are so easy to make with one egg, 2 tbsp oatbran and 2 tsp of low fat yoghurt. They can then be seasoned with any type of herb or spice
Today mine were seasoned with black pepper and cajun spices so had quite a kick. I served them with a smoked salmo, lemon and yoghurt mix
