my first ever blueberry pancake

I can’t believe I have never had a blueberry pancake before. What a treat! I am staying in the Scores Hotel in St Andrews and was impressed by the breakfast on offer. I was even more impressed by the spectacular view from the dining room over the West Sands beach. It was spectacular. I decided on the blueberry pancake, mainly because I had never tried one. It came drizzled with maple syrup and was choc a bloc full of blueberries. Totally lovely and a perfect treat on a weekend away
