Although I love all kinds of vegetables, I am definitely converted to the dukan way of thinking and am trying to incorporate a few days a week of protein only meals.  Although these dont look too good, they can be very tasty and the challenge is to maximise the use of herbs and spices where possible.  For example, for this meal, I had salmon oven roasted in a sweet chilli marinade which had quite a kick.  I served it with some cottage cheese which balanced out the hot and spicy salmon.  Pretty yummy lunch actually and definitely more filling than a sandwich
