Am having hard core will power today as I am still feeling guilty about breaking the Dukan plan for some glasses of bubbly. I have loads of social occasions coming up so want to be as good as possible in the run up to those!

For lunch I took the remainder of today’s allocation of oatbran galettes and topped them with fat free yoghurt and black pepper roasted salmon. I liberally squeezed some lime over them too.  A pretty healthy lunch option
