I lapsed from the dukan plan yesterday with several glasses of bubbly so am feeling guilty and worried that the few pounds I have managed to lose will jump straight back on!
Am back on plan today and fingers crossed I haven’t done too much damage! For lunch I enjoyed black pepper roasted salmon with cottage cheese and chives on oatbran galettes. I garnished this with gherkins to make the plate look pretty!
