Beef fillet with dauphinoise potatoes and green beans

I am not normally a fan of beef but was drawn to this on the menu because of the dauphinoise potatoes which are a particular favourite of mine. The steak was delicious, served with a roquefort glaze and really tender! I thoroughly enjoyed it ShareTweetPinShare
