After largely surviving on bread based meals for a couple of days, I have managed to stock up. I bought some chicken and a superfood salad from M+S with cous cous, carrots, edamame beans, chick peas, lentilsn red pepper, spinach pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, spring onions, pomegranite seeds and a honey and lime dressing. It was delicious!
