My starter was quite filling so I was glad I ordered this vegetarian option of stuffed aubergine with goats cheese.  The stuffing was make of sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts and artichoke hearts.  it was accompanied by light salad of leaves and cherry tomatoes.  I have to say the proportion of goats cheese to aubergine was too much for me and I left most of the cheese.  the rest was pretty good
